Let's gather together and practice with a unified intention of peace. If we are to live in peace, we must first cultivate peace from within.
Our bodies are a barometer for the peace we have or don't have within. Each week we'll begin by identifying, unwinding and rebalancing the physical body so that energy flows and health is optimized. From there our practice will aim to penetrate the deeper layers of our being - mind, heart and soul - with our breath and the collective power of intention to cultivate serenity from within so we can expand that out to others and in the world. Each week we'll have a different meditation that focuses on letting go of fear and resentment, healing our minds, opening our hearts and connecting to that which connects us all.
It's an opportunity to deepen the spiritual aspects of your practice while also nourishing your body and connecting with others.
