Suppressed feelings, traumas, fears of being too much or not enough not only reside in our mind, they also reside in our body, often unconsciously. To truly repair the disconnect between our mind, body and spirit, we need to address what is stored in the body. In this breath-focused Yoga class, we explore methods that can help you clear up what may be holding you back. We'll practice gentle asana and lengthier breathing practices in tandem with specific guided meditation to help you move forward in the direction you've been wanting to move. No experience necessary.
